User: Add User Account
All credentials given in this form, Name, Last name,Emails
etc

Step 5:
Add Roles
Roles are same that earlier used in EBS R12 as
responsibilities, roles assignment based on type of user either GL, AP, or AR
and further segregated into Manager, User etc
Step 6
Once add Role Membership click done and Save & Close
