Why this module is here: Office Connect is the FP&A team’s primary output tool. It is placed last in the schedule so participants already understand Workday reports, Adaptive Planning data, and FSR outputs before connecting them to live Excel and PowerPoint files. |
Assessment & Readiness Gate
Module Assessments: Each module includes a knowledge check of 15 questions covering Workday and Adaptive Planning tasks, terminology, and workflows. Pass mark: 80%. Retake available after 24 hours. |
Process Knowledge Test (PKT): Domain-level PKT administered on Day 5. Covers the full FP&A workflow end-to-end: budget entry, forecast update, actuals pull and variance analysis, headcount reconciliation, and Office Connect management pack build in the Workday Training Tenant. Associates must pass the PKT before being considered transition-ready. |
Readiness: Associates who pass all module assessments and the PKT are classified as Workday-proficient and transition-ready. Smile Doctors’ process and procedure training follows separately. |
